For all Zooper Toggles it's desirable to be able to transform variable states into Icons or Bitmaps. This is a quick guide on how to do that based on posts by Kvothe at Android-Hilfe.
Show Icons for variable states in Zooper
Basically you can convert any variable state into an Icon. For me it's very intersting combined with Tasker Variables. This guide will be using the variable from my Zooper Bluetooth Toggle.
In Zooper add a Bitmap. Go to "Advanced Parameters" and add:
$#TBLUE#=on?/storage/sdcard0/ZooperWidget/Icons/on.png$ $#TBLUE#=off?/storage/sdcard0/ZooperWidget/Icons/on.png$ [ /b ]
You are already finished.
- #TBLUE# is the checked variable
- on is the state
- /storage/sdcard0/ZooperWidget/Icons/on.png is the Icon
In the space between and you can add as many conditions you like (always between $$). Actually with this setup you would have only needed the first one.
Note: After adding the Bitmap you can choose a Bitmap that will be shown if no condition is met. So for our Toggle setup you just need:
- Choose off Bitmap as standard
- Add: [ b ]$#TBLUE#=on?/storage/sdcard0/ZooperWidget/Icons/on.png$ [ /b ]
And that's it!
